Measuring and knowing at Museum Kaap Skil

Dressing a lady was quite a job in the 17th century. The handmaid was really needed! In the program 'fitting and knowing' you can see how that went and hear stories about that time. We dress the mannequin or maybe there is a volunteer with size 38? Children of primary school age can wear a simple version - for the photo! The program starts at 2 p.m. with a look at the 17th-century dress that has emerged from the Palmwood wreck.
