Join the Texel Beer Tour along no fewer than three breweries on the island. You get a look behind the scenes and learn everything about the different breweries, the brewing process, the Texel ingredients used and the latest seasonal beers. And of course you can also taste plenty during the Beer Tour! The program: - At 1.15 pm the Beer Tour starts at the car park on the corner of Berhardlaan/Waalderstraat in Den Burg. At the first brewery: Brouwerij en Stokerij TX in Oosterend, you get a 1-hour tour of the brewery and distillery. - At 2.40 pm you will leave for the cozy tasting room of the Texelse Bierbrouwerij in Oudeschild, known for its Skuumkoppe beer, among other things. Here you get a short story about the brewery, a surprising tasting of four different beers and a delicious drink. - Around 4 pm you will leave by bus to the last brewery: Bierbrouwerij De Boei in Den Hoorn. The brewer will enthusiastically tell you about the brewing process and the beers that are brewed in this small-scale brewery. We also take a look at the associated distillery. - Afterwards, each participant will receive a unique package of Texel beers to take home with a beer from each brewery. You will be back at the starting location around 5:15 PM. The Biertour is available in two versions. The regular beer tour (with a small van) is for 5 to 8 participants, who can also sign up per person. With more participants (15 to 20 people) a midi-bus with driver and guide will be used. This is especially nice for a company outing or family outing! Costs: the rate for the Beer Tour is €75 per person in both cases.
