Karting

If you secretly think you might be the next Lewis Hamilton, you can test yourself on a go-karting track. You won't need a driver's licence or qualifications for go-karting. Many racing car drivers acquired their first racing experience on go-karting tracks.

Circuitpark Karting Texel

An authentic 500-metre outdoor track is located close to Den Burg. You can get up to speeds of 70 kilometres here. Who will drive the fastest lap? In high season, there is a special go-karting area for children aged between 8 and 12. You will definitely do them a favor! The circuit offers 10 corners consisting of: a left hairpin, a straight of over 100 metres and 70 metres, a faint combined left, another left, right a 90-metre turn. To the thousandth second, lap times are displayed.

Will you come too?

Whether you are going to drive yourself or come to watch, a visit to Karting Texel is worthwhile. Spectators can even follow the intermediate positions on a screen in the canteen. After the heat, you will receive a printout of the results. The minimum age to drive yourself is 12 years and you must be 155cm or taller. During holiday periods, the track is open daily.
