Terms and conditions photo contest Silver Camera

  • Entries are open until 31 July 2026;
  • You may submit a maximum of 3 photos;
  • You may only submit photos that you have taken yourself;
  • You may only submit photos taken on Texel;
  • You could win: a place in the Zilveren Camera exhibition with your photo, plus a package of products from photographer Justin Sinner;
  • Contents of Justin Sinner’s package: a 2027 Texel calendar, a Texel card game, a set of Texel fridge magnets and a 1,000-piece Texel jigsaw puzzle;
  • The jury consists of three people: Justin Sinner (Texel-based photographer), Willem Schnitfink (Texel Cultuureiland Foundation and organiser of the Zilveren Camera exhibition on Texel), and Rosalie Lap (director of VVV Texel);
  • No correspondence will be entered into regarding the results;
  • The winner will be contacted on 10 August via the email address provided;
  • If you have won, you will be asked to confirm by 14 August 2026 at the latest whether you wish to claim the prize. If we do not hear from you by that date, a new winner will be selected by the jury. You will then no longer be entitled to the prize;
  • Participants give their consent for their photograph to be printed for the Zilveren Camera exhibition on Texel, which will be on display from 5 September to 25 October 2026;
  • No correspondence will be entered into regarding the results;
  • By entering this photo competition, you agree to our terms and conditions for submitting photographs.
