Texelse Bierbrouwerij has won four awards at the Dutch Beer Challenge. Skuumkoppe once again took gold as the best amber beer in the Netherlands. Tuunwal Tripel, Stormbock and Zeebries also received medals.

Gold for Skuumkoppe and Tuunwal Tripel

Skuumkoppe was, just like last year, awarded gold in the amber beer category. Tuunwal Tripel won gold in the tripel category. Stormbock won silver in the Barley Wine category and Zeebries won bronze in the Blond category.

Special mentions

In addition to the medals, the Texel Brewery also received two special mentions. Skuumkoppe won gold for the third time at the Dutch Beer Challenge, and for the brewery this was the tenth gold medal since the competition began.
