As well as their standard range of (electric) bikes, they also stock special-needs bikes and mobility scooters. Think, for example, of a DUO bike, a rollator, an electric wheelchair, or a wheelchair-accessible cargo bike. But they also have a parent-child tandem and a dog-friendly cargo bike.

Across the island from the shop

From Vermeulen Bikes, you can cycle or ride your mobility scooter along beautiful routes. Think, for example, of the Lammetjesroute or the Geheimenroute. You can enjoy a lovely ride into the woods (just a 7-minute cycle from Vermeulen). Paal 9 is also nearby – here you can hire a special beach wheelchair to explore Texel’s beaches.
